How do I book a flight with WAAFA?
Search your route and send the short form. A travel expert calls or messages you with the best options, confirms the fare and the rules, and issues your ticket after you pay.
Can I change or cancel my ticket?
It depends on the airline’s fare rules. We explain them before you pay and handle the change for you.Read the refund policy
Do you help with visa applications?
Yes. We check your documents, complete the forms, book appointments where needed and track the file. The embassy makes the final decision.
Can I pay by bank transfer, bKash or Nagad?
Yes. You can also pay in cash at our Motijheel office. We share the payment details after your booking is confirmed.How offline payment works
When is your office open?
Saturday to Thursday, 10 am to 6 pm, closed on Friday. You can send a WhatsApp message any time and we reply when the office opens.
